Fort Collins Gas Fireplace Service Area
Northco Fire has provided service for all brands of Gas fireplaces/stoves in Northern Colorado since 2000. We have good relationships with many parts suppliers and can pretty much get anything that is still made.
Service rate:
The service charge is $169 per hour. There is a 1-hour minimum for all service calls. After the first hour, we will prorate the charge to the nearest quarter hour. (Most fireplaces can be serviced in 1 hour. If it has been neglected for multiple years or has damaged components it may take longer)
Weekend Service Rate
We offer weekend service (Saturday and Sunday) at $269 per hour.
Emergency Service Rate
We offer after-hours and emergency service at $325 per hour. Please note, availability is schedule dependent.
Travel Charge Policy:
There will be a travel charge added to a service call for any address outside of our designated service area (You can view the map here). We will simply charge for the time it takes to get to your location from the edge of our service area at our normal service rate ($169/hr) We will only charge for the trip there, not the trip back.
Unfortunately, we no longer offer service in Red Feather.
Warranty on parts and service
- Valves – Valves that we install are covered for 1-year. (The labor would also be included for the first 90-days)
- Electronic parts – Electronic parts that we install are covered for 90-days (Labor included)
- Switches and small parts – Other switches and small parts are covered for 6-months (overtemp switches, spill switches, Glass safety switches, toggle switches etc)
We stand behind the work that we perform. If you have an issue with a fireplace related to the original issue we came for, we will make a return visit to rediagnose if you contact us within the first 90 days (excluding any remote area drive charge). If you have an issue outside of the 90 days we will be fair with you and decide on a case by case basis about charges for labor and parts.
*Shipping will not be included in any warranty parts replacements.
